With testing approaching, this is the perfect time to review Multiplication facts.  Factivation!® purchasers from 2007-2009 will be receiving free memberships to the Teacher Instructional Center and Multiplication Fact Lab to help prepare students for the upcoming state tests that many will be taking.  Fourth and fifth grade teachers- Use the "Turtlehead" Multiplication video on the homepage to review the process of 2-digit by 2-digit multiplication!  It's only about four minutes in length but provides a powerfully simple way for students to multiply larger numbers.

Members' Site Launched!

The Factivation!® for Multiplication members' site was launched on March 1, 2010. Now teachers can easily access all of the Factivation!® videos and printables for each of the nine Multiplication lessons and students can login from home to watch the videos, print a flipbook or fluency builder, and be instantly linked to games that teach the Multiplication facts simply and systematically.

New Website Launch

The new Factivation!® for Multiplication website is set to be launched in February 2010.  New features will include a complete site redesign with subscription capabilities for both teachers and students.  The new student-centered "Fact Lab" will greatly improve the versatility of the program by allowing students to watch the instructional videos for the nine Factivation!® lessons both at school or at home using a unique username and password. Teachers will enjoy this functionality and the increased options for student practice.  Students' use of the Fact Lab should also expedite mastering the Multiplication facts.  We are excited to introduce the new Factivation!® for Multiplication to teachers and students this February.
